Here’s a skin care tip that anyone can use. Look for all natural ingredients. Some of the other skin care tips included in this article are more specific. They include recommendations for certain conditions that can be improved through the use of creams that contain certain ingredients, including those compounds that delay and reduce the signs of age.

Acne

The average skin care tip for acne is to use ointments that kill bacteria. The primary ingredients are typically triclosan and benzoyl peroxide for drying. Those compounds can contribute to inflammation that worsens the condition.

Natural anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory solutions are safer and more effective. Look for products that contain Shea butter, jojoba oil, manuka honey and Functional Keratin, a protein complex that has anti-inflammatory activity. Inflammation is at the root of this problem.

Eczema

Most skin care tips for eczema recommend the use of products that contain coal tar. Coal tar is known to contain cancer causing contaminants. Shea butter, avocado extract and jojoba are all beneficial for eczema.

Excessive Dryness

Most skin care tips suggest mineral oil and/or petrolatum for excessive dryness. Neither of those ingredients is actually moisturizing. Glycerin is a relatively good moisturizer and is found in the better lotions. But, one of the most moisturizing ingredients is CYNERGY TK.

Here’s a skin care tip that anyone can use to reduce dryness. Use a cream containing CYNERGY TK. It has been shown to increase the skin’s moisture content by over 20%, which is five times more effective than glycerin.

Excessive Oiliness

Most skin care tips for excessive oiliness suggest the use of alcohols. Alcohols strip the skin of its natural oils. When the body recognizes that these oils have been stripped away, it can stimulate the production of more sebum, the skin’s natural moisturizer. Without sebum, the skin’s layers are more easily damaged.

The best skin care tip for excessive oiliness is to avoid products that contain petrolatum and mineral oil. They cause greasiness. Seek out ones that contain maracuja. Maracuja is a passion fruit extract that balances sebum production so that the skin is neither too oily nor too dry.

Anti-aging

It is possible to fight the hands of time. It may even be possible to reverse damage that has already been done. But, most of the products on the market are ineffective. Some actually do more harm than good. You want to look for creams that address all of the causes of cellular aging. Those include decreased production of skin cells and fiber, lower levels of hyaluronic acid, free radical damage and chronic inflammation.

Most skin care tips for anti-aging suggest the regular use of sunscreen to block UV radiation from the sun. But, the real culprit is free radical damage. When you are out in the sun, more free radicals are produced and there activity increases. Coenzyme Q10 levels are quickly depleted. COQ10 is a powerful antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals.

Here’s a final skin care tip. Look for skincare products that contain coenzyme Q10. They counter and repair free radical damage.

In this article I’ll share some extremely important anti aging skin care tips that will benefit you for the rest of your life.

You would never think that buying anti aging skin care products could be dangerous, but in today’s world it couldn’t be further from the truth.

You see, these anti aging skin care tips that I am about to share, are very important, because there are many ingredients in our products today, that can cause depression, disrupt our body’s internal systems, and even cause cancer in the long run.

So you want to be aware of what you buy, and that is why I have compiled this list of 5 ingredients you should look out for, and make sure that you only buy the most natural skin care products.

Mineral Oils – These clog your skin, and include paraffin, and petrolatum. By clogging your skin, they disrupt your body’s ability to eliminate toxins from your system, which in turn can lead to acne, rashes, and other serious skin disorders to develop.

Dioxane – I can’t believe that they’re using dioxane in so many products today. It is known by the state of California to cause cancer, and it is a very harsh chemical. It is a leading water contaminant.

Parabens – Look at your skin care products and I can almost guarantee that you will see parabens in there. They are used to preserve our skin care products. Recent studies suggest that prolonged use of parabens may cause cancer, and seriously disrupt your body’s internal systems.

Alcohols – We all know alcohol isn’t good, but we use it on our skin every day. Most products use alcohols such as ethanol, methanol, benzyl alcohol, isopropyl, and other forms of it. It irritates and dries your skin. Alcohol also strips your skin of its natural oil, which leaves it susceptible to bacteria and other threats.

Toluene – This is a not so known ingredient that is made from petroleum, or coal tar. You can find it in almost all synthetic fragrances. Prolonged exposure can lead to liver, or kidney damage. If you’re pregnant, you REALLY want to avoid this one, because it can affect a developing fetus.

I hope these anti aging skin care tips have helped you, because they are very important. You really have to take care of yourself, and do not buy the products that contain these ingredients.

Once I started using natural skin care products, my skin started looking incredibly better, and I feel a lot better mentally too, because I am not using things that could potentially harm me down the road.

How do you find the top natural skin care products? You probably need some help. First, you need to know that an organic natural skin care product that is made in the US might contain non-organic ingredients, because the label is not regulated, and those manufactured anywhere in the world could contain unwanted contaminants, because manufactures are not required to test for contaminants.

For example, a consumer advocacy group recently tested a variety of organic natural skin care cleansers. They found that most of them contained Dioxane. Chemically, it is organic, but it certainly is not safe. It is either a possible, probable or known human carcinogen, depending on which list of cancer-causing substances you are looking at.

At one time, applying cancer-causing substances topically was not considered particularly dangerous. It was thought that they did not penetrate the epidermis and could do little or no damage. Now, we know that this is not true. Research has shown that these substances pass through the skin’s layers, enter the tissues, the blood stream and lodge in the organs.

The top natural skin care products, in my book, are ones that do not contain anything that is even suspected of causing cancer or other health problems. I believe in the Ayurvedic approach to skincare, which means that if I would not eat it, I should not apply it to my face or body.

I am sure that anyone who is shopping for an organic natural skin care solution has the same idea. It’s just that the cosmetic industry doesn’t see it that way. They still recommend the use of coal tar for eczema and dandruff. The primary components of most cosmetics are petrochemicals, byproducts created when crude oil is converted to gasoline. Why would you want to put that on your face or body?

The top natural skin care products contain “yummy” ingredients. Passion fruit is one of my favorites.

Like any other organ of the human body, the skin’s layers need nutrients. Vitamin C is a cofactor necessary for creating strong collagen fibers. Vitamin A is needed to maintain the skin’s health. Potassium is needed to maintain the skin’s moisture balance. Passion fruit is rich in all three of these nutrients.

One of the best organic natural skin care ingredients is grape seed oil. It can be used for everything from a shaving lubricant to a moisturizer. It is rich in natural vitamin E and essential fatty acids that are similar to the skin’s own sebum. It has a unique filming ability which helps keep dirt and makeup out of the pores, while locking in moisture.

Only the top natural skin care products contain grape seed oil. It isn’t that expensive. It’s just that it is not as cheap as mineral oil, one of the petrochemicals that cosmetic companies rely on.

When you shop for organic natural skin care solutions, be sure to learn a little bit about the manufacturer’s philosophy. That’s how you’ll find the top natural skin care products.
