Thanks so much for these tips!!! My mom drank cod liver oil a lot when she was young, so I might have to try that.

One question– about Olive Oil removing make-up, wouldn’t that clog your pores?? I mean, with all the oil and stuff?
Ok, 2 questions- what kind of Olive Oil you you recommend? (like Extra Virgin, or what??)

OMG thank you thank you thank you! you have absolutly no idea how much you saved my face. i was using this soy aveeno facewash and i was getting zits and rashes and all that stuff right where you said you probly would, and my face used to be completly clear and even toned. so i stop using it and did all that other stuff you said and now my skins near perfect!

    Mainly health food stores.
Places like Whole Foods, Clark’s, ect.

Hey kandee. You have such a beautiful and sweet voice and you are so are so pretty.

As far as the cod liver oil is concerned, I actually have to say that I honestly prefer taking the regular fish oil/ omega 3-capsules.
The liver oil contains high amounts of Vitamin A and D, which might become a problem, because those vitamins are both fat soluble and thus cannot be eliminated/”flushed out” that easily.
